Bangalore One which is also called B1 is a e-governance project of Government of Karnataka which aims to provide all Government services under one stop shop. You can also make bill payments of Telecom services of BSNL, MTS, Airtel, Reliane and Aircel at B1. The platform is a successful Government to Consumer initiative for many services offered by Government of Karnataka. This platform is being taken up in phased manner with both online as well as offline presence. At the time of writing this article B1 had 86 centers across Bangalore city with 2 mobile vans. Mobile vans of B1 provide similar services as provided by a center of Bangalore One with its key feature being mobility. Users can track the movement of these Vans online at the below link.

Please note that to avail all these services you need to have a valid Credit Card belonging to Visa, Master Card or American Express with you. Currently Netbanking feature is not available for making payments online at B1.
