Process to Pay Electricity Bill Online
You have two options of paying Bescom electricity bill. While paying the bill your area location such as urban or rural is also considered.
Citizens who stay at the following areas can pay there bill at www.bescom.co.in
Bangalore and the following Areas:
1. Anekal
2. Bangarpet
3. Challakere
4. Channapatna
5. Chintamani
6. Chitradurga
7. Davangere
8. DB Pura
9. Gowribidanur
10. Harihara
11. Harapanahali
12. Hiriyur
13. Hoskote
14. Kanakapura
15. Kolar
16. Kunigal
17. Mulbagilu
18. Ramanagara
19. Robertsonpet/KGF
20. Shidlagatta
21. Sira
22. Tiptur
23. Tumkur
24. Chikballapur
Electricity consumers in Rest Bescom served Areas including the Rural areas can pay there bills online at http://www.nsoftonlinepayment.in/
Online Bill Payment Procedure at Bescom.co.in
You require your Account ID to make the payment. You can find your account id on the electricity bill itself as shown in the below sample bill.
Visit this link https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx and enter your Account ID in the box as shown below.
After entering the account ID enter the Captcha and click continue. You will shown the below screen.
Enter the amount above and then click Make Payment. Next screen will give you two options to make payment through. One is billdesk and the other is through IDBI Netbanking. These options were available as on 3 Mar 2015 as shown below. If you have a Credit Card, Debit Card then you use Billdesk or IDBI Bank gateway to make payment. Netbanking customers have to use Billdesk to make the payment.
In case of Failure or Success at Billdesk a screen as shown below can be seen by you. Keep a record of it for future proof.
IDBI gateway will take you to eazy2pay portal which charges the following for Credit and Debit Card payments.
You can also make payment through Bangalore One. Visit bangalore one site and login. Select bescom bill payment and enter your account id to make the payment. Bangalore One provides a single platform to make payment through Credit Card and Netbanking as shown below.
In case of Netbanking you can make payment through following Banks.

Bescom stands for Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited and it was formed for the purpose of distribution of electricity from the erstwhile Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited in June 2002. It started by covering 8 districts in Karnataka state and has slowly expanded by offering its services in Rural areas.
